As an account manager, you’ll focus on helping to build the world’s most exceptional customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Be the single point of contact for all customers requests

  • Make and receive calls to support both carriers and shippers

  • Rectify problems such as damages, delays, and non-conformance to specifications

  • Control whole logistics operations cycle and make it more efficient

  • Analyze customers’ feedback and make improvements in the process

  • Complete and provide reports to internal stakeholders

  • Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers 

 

Required qualifications:

  • Have or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent knowledge of English

  • Strong verbal / written communication skills

  • Organizing skills, and the ability to multitask

  • Self-motivated, with a deep affinity for problem-solving

  • Positive attitude and strategic planning focused on customer satisfaction
